Family Nurse Practitioner

Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team. This role combines traditional primary care with the opportunity to help build and grow our weight management and aesthetic service lines. The ideal candidate is passionate about whole-person care, comfortable working independently, and interested in expanding their skill set in medical aesthetics and metabolic health. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Develop and manage individualized weight loss treatment plans (lifestyle, pharmacologic, and ongoing monitoring) Perform or assist with aesthetic procedures such as Botox and dermal fillers (training can be provided if needed) Educate patients on preventive care, nutrition, and wellness Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical staff Contribute to the development and growth of new service lines Qualifications Current, active FNP certification (ANCC or AANP) Active and unrestricted state NP license DEA license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in primary care Interest in or experience with weight management and/or aesthetic medicine Willingness to train in Botox and filler techniques if not already experienced Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Self-motivated with an interest in practice growth and innovation Preferred (Not Required) Experience in primary care or family medicine Experience with medical weight loss programs (GLP-1s, lifestyle coaching, etc.) Prior training or certification in Botox and dermal fillers Comfort with patient education, sales, and service promotion in a clinical setting

Pay:

$109,514.31 - $131,888.20 per year
