Part-time NP/PA on (1099)

Job Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity for providers looking to supplement their income with a flexible, part-time schedule. We are seeking a Part-time NP/PA on (1099) to provide patient care in a nursing home.

Two days per week. Assess residents, manage acute/chronic conditions, develop care plans, perform procedures, collaborate with the care team. Telehealth and participation in clinical initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities:

Perform physical exams and functional assessments Create and implement individualized care plans Coordinate discharge planning and medication management with the team Provide telehealth visits when appropriate

Qualifications:

Active PA or NP license, North Carolina. Experience in long-term care preferred• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation :

$45 per patient encounter. Mileage Reimbursement Hotel Stay Reimbursement if required.
