Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant•

Taylorsville, North Carolina A growing and well-established urgent care organization in western North Carolina is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its team at its new Taylorsville, NC location , scheduled to open this summer. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider looking to practice in a fast-paced, team-oriented urgent care setting while delivering high-quality care to the local community. Position Overview The incoming provider will deliver comprehensive urgent care services for patients presenting with a variety of acute illnesses and injuries in a modern, fully equipped clinic environment. The practice offers strong clinical support, in-house diagnostics, and the opportunity to work autonomously while collaborating with an experienced care team. This position is specifically designed for providers with a strong urgent care or emergency medicine background who are comfortable managing a broad range of acute conditions in a high-volume setting.

Practice Details Location:

Taylorsville, NC (new clinic opening this summer) Full-time, permanent position 12-hour shifts

Clinic Hours:

Monday•

Saturday:

9:00 AM•8:30

PM Sunday:

10:00 AM•5:30 PM No appointments scheduled during the final 30 minutes of each shift Two NP/PA providers typically scheduled per shift Modern clinic with in-house labs and digital X-ray capabilities Additional services include: Drug screenings Physicals TB testing Workers' compensation care Compensation & Benefits $60•$80 per hour , depending on experience IRA with 3% employer match $2,500 CME allowance annually Licensure reimbursement Paid Time Off accrual up to 80 hours per year Flexible scheduling options

Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Required:
