About the Role As an NP or PA at Sante, you'll work alongside our founder and clinical team to deliver integrative, patient-centered care - combining conventional diagnostic and prescriptive expertise with naturopathic and functional medicine principles. You'll see patients presenting with complex, chronic conditions who are often seeking answers that traditional primary care hasn't fully provided, and you'll help build individualized care plans that draw on nutrition, detoxification, IV therapy, and natural medicine alongside standard clinical practice. This is a hands-on, full-time clinical role in a small, close-knit practice where your voice and clinical judgment genuinely shape patient outcomes.
