Job Description
Overview Dartmouth Health Cheshire Medical Center is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant/Associate (PA) to join our Urgent Primary Care team. The Urgent Primary Care team works collaboratively with the Primary Care team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive urgent care to our patients of all ages within the Keene community. We are open year round, including weekends and holidays (with limited hours). This is a part-time 30 hours per week role where you will be scheduled 12 and 6 hour shifts. Ideally we are seeking a candidate that has at least two years of experience in Family Medicine or Urgent Care/Walk-In Clinic environments and be BLS Certified. Our team is engaged, high functioning, and innovative in delivering the best model of care to our community and are excited to find the next provider to become part of our clinic and make a difference.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program.
- NCCPA certification or board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Required Licensure/Certification Skills:
- Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of New Hampshire.
- Eligible for Federal DEA Registration.
- BLS certification.
- Four-star quality rating from CMS for high-quality, safe, patient-centered care
- Accredited as an ACS Surgical Quality Partner
- Gold Seal of Approval from The Joint Commission
