$100-$130 per completed assessment (W‑2)
Schedule:
You choose your availability — no nights, weekends, or on‑call About the Role We are looking for a compassionate, detail‑oriented Nurse Practitioner to perform disability evaluations for the New Hampshire Disability Determination Services (DDS) . This is a structured, low‑stress, non‑treatment role focused on objective assessments and clear documentation. If you enjoy predictable hours, supportive workflows, and meaningful work without ongoing patient management, this is an excellent fit. No home visits. What You'll Do Perform focused, in‑person disability evaluations in our office in Rochester. No Home visits. Review medical history and conduct a structured physical exam Document findings using standardized templates Complete reports within required timelines Work closely with our operations team for scheduling and support What We Offer $100-$130 per completed assessment (W‑2) Flexible scheduling — choose the days you want to work Only 4 shifts per month required No prescribing, no follow‑up, no call Predictable exam structure with clear templates Qualifications Licensed NP or PA in New Hampshire Strong clinical assessment skills Excellent written communication Comfortable working independently Prior disability evaluation experience is helpful but not required No New Graduates at this time Work Location Rochester, NH (in‑person)
