We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Atco, NJ. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday through Friday daytime hours. No weekends, no nights, no on-call. The last two hours of the day may be completed remotely. Qualifications of the Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) / Physician Assistant ( PA ): Active New Jersey NP or PA license in good standing National board certification (FNP, AGNP, or PA-C) SNF, geriatric, or post-acute experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) / Physician Assistant ( PA ): Conduct comprehensive assessments, rounding visits, and follow-up care for residents Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions common in the SNF population Collaborate with the Medical Director, nursing staff, and care team on treatment plans Document thoroughly and timely in the EMR If you're a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility, we want YOU to apply!
