In this role, you will focus on sick visits, follow‑up care, and benign hematology cases, providing consistent, relationship‑driven care to patients over time. You will work closely with physicians in a collaborative environment that supports clinical growth while allowing for a high degree of autonomy in patient management. With a four‑day workweek, this opportunity is ideal for an APP who values work-life balance, continuity of care, and practicing within a structured outpatient setting.
