Job Description
Part-Time Nurse Practitioner - Established Family Medicine Practice HealthCare for Life LLC - Eatontown, NJ Established, independent family medicine practice in Eatontown, NJ is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a part-time position, approximately 2½ days per week . We are a busy, patient-centered private practice with a long-established patient population and an experienced, supportive clinical and administrative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP looking for a consistent part-time schedule without the demands of a large corporate healthcare system. Responsibilities Provide primary care to an established adult patient population Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform routine follow-up and preventive care visits Order and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Collaborate with the physician and other nurse practitioners within the practice Complete documentation accurately and promptly Qualifications Current New Jersey Nurse Practitioner/APN license Current prescriptive authority Primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice with appropriate independence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable caring for adult and Medicare-age patients Dependable, compassionate, and patient focused Schedule Approximately 2½ weekdays per week . Specific days can be discussed and there may be some flexibility for the right candidate. No nights or weekends.
