Job Description

A New Jersey-based health services network is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Neuro Critical Care team. About the
Opportunity:
Schedule:
Full-time Hours:
6:30am to 6:30pm or 6:30pm to 6:30am
Setting:
Inpatient Responsibilities:
Managing patient volume of 8-20 patients per shift Performing required procedures like central line, arterial line, and lumbar puncture Liaising with intensivists and other APPs during each shift Ensuring high-quality care in a fast-paced environment Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in a Critical care setting NJS Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license Proficiency in Central Line and Arterial Line procedures Strong decision-making skills Excellent communication abilities Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team Attention to detail Adaptability to a dynamic work environment
Desired Skills:
Advanced Degree in a related field Critical Care certification Experience in Neurocritical Care settings
