Overview The Infectious Disease Center of New Jersey is a highly regarded group practice with a stellar reputation for compassionate patient-focused care. The practice has a state of the art outpatient medical facility run by very experienced staff members. It features X ray on site, ECG on site, rapid testing on site, on site medical laboratories and more. The practice is located in Northern New Jersey with close proximity to Manhattan and the beautiful Jersey shores. It is located nearby several communities with excellent school systems and fantastic living environments. We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Adult Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical expertise, a passion for patient-centered care, and a comprehensive understanding of advanced nursing practices. In this role, you will provide high-quality Infectious Disease Care across diverse patient populations. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications within scope, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Duties Perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments to diagnose health conditions accurately. Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines. Prescribe medications and treatments following HIPAA regulations, DEA guidelines, and state-specific scope of practice laws. Provide health coaching, patient education, and support for lifestyle modifications to promote wellness. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations including HIPAA and OSHA standards while maintaining high levels of patient safety. Qualifications Valid state licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while adhering to collaborative practice agreements where applicable.
Pay:
$65.00 - $72.00 per hour
