Hours varies from 8-4 Monday to- Friday Salary varies based on percentage on seen Patients daily. Join our growing healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in patient care across diverse settings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your advanced clinical skills, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver comprehensive healthcare services. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional passionate about providing exceptional patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to inform diagnosis and treatment plans. Manage acute and chronic conditions across various specialties such as internal medicine, geriatrics, emergency medicine, and behavioral health. Perform procedures such as suturing. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) for accurate documentation of patient encounters and medical records. Coordinate care through clinical staff Engage in telehealth visit for patients needs to review labs, medication review and follow up appointments. Requirements Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification to practice independently. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and HIPAA regulations for patient privacy. Hands-on experience with procedures Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Excellent patient assessment Ability to work with teens, family, seniors requiring memory or dementia care, individuals with developmental disabilitirs Strong communication skills complemented by a commitment to compassionate patient care and teamwork.
