Compensation Pay Range:
$125,000- 155,000 Per Year Description
- This position involves serving as a primary care provider in a long-term care setting.
- The role is full-time, located in Linwood, NJ, with a weekday schedule.
- Candidates must be board certified and will receive extensive training.
- Applicants with hospital setting experience will be considered.
Requirements:
- NP or PA license in (insert whatever state it is in)
- Board Certification
- Ideally 1 Year of experience in an SNF setting, open to transferrable experience including new grads Qualifications
- Must be Board Certified
- Experience in a hospital setting is preferred
- Commitment to Self-Development
- Ability to develop health care team staff
- Experience in providing continuity of care
