We re seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a growing outpatient orthopedic and spine practice in Middsex County, NJ . This is a 100% clinic-based role , perfect for providers who want to dedicate their time to patient evaluation, diagnosis, and long-term care without operating room responsibilities.

Salary Range:

$130k-$160k (varies depending on years of experience) What You ll Do Evaluate patients through detailed histories and physical examinations Diagnose and manage a variety of musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Provide ongoing follow-up care to ensure continuity and progress Order and interpret imaging, labs, and other diagnostic studies Perform in-office procedures within scope of practice Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify care plans as needed Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate care Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and prevention strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system

Requirements:
