Job Description

Overview:
A highly respected, long-standing neonatology group is actively seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to support a growing NICU program across multiple hospital sites in Northern New Jersey. This is an opportunity to join a clinically elite, outcomes-driven team providing care across Level II, III, and IV NICUs , including exposure to high-acuity cases and neonatal transport .

Position Responsibilities:
Manage neonatal patients across NICU levels (II-IV) Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation Provide inpatient care, rounding, and acute management Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary NICU teams Support family education and care coordination Participate in transport (select sites)
Schedule:
Flexible scheduling: 8, 12, or 24-hour shifts Rotational coverage across multiple sites
Compensation & Benefits:
