Compensation:
$115,000 - $155,000

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to serve as the primary care and rounding provider in our skilled nursing facility in Neptune City, NJ. This is a full-time, in-person position working Monday through Friday with no nights, weekends, or on-call. You will manage a panel of long-term care residents, partner with facility staff on care plans, and have direct access to a supporting medical director. Qualifications of the
Nurse Practitioner:
Active New Jersey NP or PA license in good standing Nurse Practitioner certification (FNP, AGNP, or AGACNP) Experience in skilled nursing, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred Comfortable managing a resident panel independently with medical director support Strong communication and documentation skills Responsibilities of the
Nurse Practitioner:
