Job summary:
RWJBH is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider for the Perioperative management team at the New Brunswick Campus This team is managed through the department of
Anesthesia Essential Functions:
Candidates should possess effective time management and acute care assessment skills Must be able to adapt and adjust to a large volume acute patient population The focus of this role is assessing patients in the perioperative period to optimize anesthesia and surgical success Will need to make recommendations and implement care plans to ensure patient success during the perioperative period
Education:
Graduate of an Acute Care NP program Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Experience:
2-6 years of inpatient surgical care or acute inpatient management experience preferred Must be able to work autonomously and be willing to provide support to anesthesia residency Emphasis is on assessment and management of perioperative patients
