Urgent Care About the Position We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant or Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic and growing Urgent Care team. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries. Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop effective, individualized treatment plans. Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic testing, including laboratory studies and imaging such as X-rays. Perform procedures within scope of practice and clinical competency to support optimal patient outcomes. Deliver clear and compassionate patient education, ensuring understanding of care plans and follow-up instructions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Provide occupational medicine services, including evaluation and management of work-related injuries and physicals, as applicable. Collaborate closely with medical assistants, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure seamless, high-quality care delivery. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, efficiency, and patient experience in every encounter. Qualifications Current NJ license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. National board certification. Current BLS certification. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner NP or Physician Assistant PA , preferably in Urgent Care, Primary Care, or Emergency Medicine. Occupational Medicine experience is a plus. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment. Comfort and confidence working in a fast-paced Urgent Care setting.
