We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing multi-specialty outpatient clinic in Monroe, NY. This is a full-time opportunity for a provider with a strong background in primary care/family medicine who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care and family medicine services to adult and/or pediatric patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Perform physical exams, preventive care visits, and routine follow-ups Order and interpret diagnostic tests Develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care Document all patient encounters accurately and timely Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals within the clinic Qualifications Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York National certification as applicable Strong experience in primary care or family medicine Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting Compensation Competitive salary in the range of $150k-$170k annually Supportive work environment Opportunity to join a collaborative multi-specialty practice Apply today to learn more!!
