Sign-On Bonus About the Role Looking for a clinical role that offers true work-life balance, high-touch patient care, and zero clinic assembly lines? We are hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join an innovative mobile acute care team in the Ridgewood, NJ area. Delivering 1:1, personalized care directly in patients' homes, you'll work alongside a dedicated Medical Technician, drive a fully equipped company vehicle, and practice evidence-based medicine at the highest level. Financial Perks:
Sign-On Bonus, $145k
•163k base salary range, plus quarterly and annual performance bonuses.
Work-Life Balance:
4-day workweek (10-hour shifts: 8:00 AM
•6:00 PM or 10:00 AM
•8:00 PM).
Zero Weekend Requirement Start:
No required weekend shifts for your first 30 days (optional incentive shifts available if you want to earn extra).
Quality Over Quantity:
1:1 patient ratio, seeing only 7 to 10 patients per shift.
Full Support:
Company vehicle provided, malpractice and liability insurance covered, CME allowance, and license renewal assistance. What You'll Do Provide high-quality acute in-home medical care working collaboratively with a Medical Technician or independently as needed. Conduct comprehensive health assessments, diagnose complex conditions, and execute individualized treatment plans. Perform therapeutic interventions and bedside procedures (suturing, splinting, wound care, and minor procedures). Order and interpret diagnostic testing to arrange appropriate follow-up care. Educate patients and families, guide difficult goals-of-care conversations, and coordinate closely with primary care providers. Drive a company-provided vehicle to patient homes within the local region.
Key Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of APP experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospitalist, Family Practice, or closely related settings.
Licensure & Certifications:
Active, unrestricted NJ NP or PA license, national board certification, current BLS (ACLS preferred), and DEA/prescriptive authority.
Driving Record:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must complete company driver training upon hire).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs of medical equipment and climb multiple flights of stairs easily.
