About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians in this role will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services for an adult forensic population, working day shifts totaling 40 hours per week on-site. Clinical responsibilities include rounding on 25 patients, completing progress notes, and preparing discharge summaries; patients on general units are seen weekly and more frequently as needed, while rounds on admission and intensive treatment units are conducted daily. Clinicians will share the caseload collaboratively with staff psychiatrists under a formal collaboration agreement. Clinicians are not responsible for admissions, court appearances, or seclusion and restraint activities.
