The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English and have experience providing care in a primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or outpatient setting. The Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality patient care, conduct assessments, diagnose and treat medical conditions, prescribe medications, and educate patients on preventive care and treatment plans. Duties Responsibilities Provide primary care services to adult and pediatric patients, as needed. Conduct physical examinations, patient assessments, and follow-up visits. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Order, review, and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic results. Prescribe medications and create individualized treatment plans. Educate patients on medications, preventive care, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system. Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, front-desk staff, and other healthcare team members. Follow all clinical policies, HIPAA requirements, and New Jersey healthcare regulations Requirements Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license. Active CDS and DEA licenses. Fluent in both Spanish and English. At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, or an outpatient setting. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
