Job Description
We're a busy internal medicine practice seeking a skilled, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team. Flexible scheduling .Must be willing to travel between two nearby clinic locations as needed. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage adult patients in an outpatient setting Diagnose conditions, order/interpret tests, and prescribe medications (DEA required) Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians Provide patient education, follow-up care, and coordinate referrals Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinic protocols Qualifications Current NP license in NJ and certification as Family/Adult-Gerontology/Adult Nurse Practitioner DEA registration and current CPR/BLS Minimum [1-2] years outpatient/internal medicine experience preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to travel between two clinic sites What We Offer Flexible schedule (full-time) Competitive salary and benefits package (paid time off, CME allowance, health insurance — customize as applicable) Supportive team and efficient clinic workflow
