Job Description

Community-focused pediatric practice in Perth Amboy, NJ seeking a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient pediatric care. Optional coverage at our North Bergen location available (not required). Work setting and responsibilities Outpatient pediatric clinic primary location: Perth Amboy Hospital rounding on newborns approximately every 6 weeks No delivery attendance or C-section coverage Patient population includes a large Hispanic community; Spanish-speaking clinicians strongly preferred Schedule Full-time, five-day workweek Every-other-Saturday rotation; when working Saturday, receive one weekday off Compensation and benefits
Salary:
$130,000-$140,000 (commensurate with experience and credentials) Quarterly performance bonus Partnership track available Medical and dental insurance Malpractice insurance provided 401(k) / profit-sharing plan 1 month paid time off Minimum qualifications Master's degree and current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active or eligible for New Jersey license Pediatric experience strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Spanish proficiency preferred To apply Submit credentials and CV.
