Job Description

Join a dedicated, community-focused pediatric practice committed to delivering exceptional care to children and families across Central and Northern New Jersey. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a full-time role based primarily out of our Perth Amboy office. Optional coverage at our North Bergen location is available but not required.
Position Highlights:
Clinical Focus:
Outpatient pediatric care with hospital rounding on newborns approximately every 6 weeks No delivery attendance or C-section coverage required
Schedule:
Full-time 5-day work week with every other Saturday rotation; enjoy one weekday off during weeks when Saturday is worked
Patient Population:
Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred to best serve our large Hispanic community
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$130,000-$140,000, commensurate with credentials and experience Quarterly performance bonus Partnership track available Medical and Dental Insurance Malpractice Insurance Provided 401(k) / Profit-Sharing Plan 1
Month Paid Time Off Requirements:
