Job Description Carlsbad Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our hospitalist team in a hospital-employed role. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, strong physician collaboration, and the opportunity to provide high-quality inpatient care in a supportive community hospital setting. At Carlsbad Medical Center, you'll be part of Community Health Systems, a national network of regional hospitals with a shared mission to deliver high-quality care where it's needed most — close to home.
