Healthcare Facilities Details:

Monday through Friday Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients required

Duties:

Conducting patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans Providing education to patients, families, and the broader community on health and wellness Coordinating referrals to specialty care and ensuring follow-up Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation Ordering and interpreting lab and diagnostic tests Prescribing medications following IHS formulary guidelines Supporting quality improvement efforts and adherence to safety protocols

Requirements Shall be certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Possess a current, unrestricted state medical license from any of the 50 states or Puerto Rico 3 years of experience in diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of adult and pediatric conditions. Current Basic Life Support or Advanced Cardiac Life Support. DEA Maintain continuing education/ certification. Must be a U.S. citizen living primarily within the United States. Must be willing and able to complete and pass the federal security clearance process. Indian Preference Exercised Prairie Band, LLC is subject to Title 22: Employment Code of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation. In accordance with Title 22, this position is designated as a TIER 2 position. Preference will be given to individuals to the extent required pursuant to Section 22-2-4(B).
