Clinical workflows are structured to address both chronic care management and acute care needs of the patient population served. About the Facility Location Albuquerque, NM offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and cultural experiences suited to varied interests. Outdoor activities include hiking and mountain biking in the Sandia foothills, kayaking the Rio Grande, and exploring Petroglyph National Monument and Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument, located approximately 50 miles north of the city. The city also features the 16-mile Paseo Del Bosque Trail, hot air balloon rides, the Sandia Peak Aerial Tramway, and cultural institutions such as the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, the National Hispanic Cultural Center, and the New Mexico Museum of Natural History, along with arts and entertainment events throughout the year. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care and urgent care services to adult patients at a correctional facility in Albuquerque, NM, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with consideration for four 10-hour shifts. The expected caseload is 10-15 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing both chronic care management and urgent care procedures. Required credentials include a New Mexico nursing license, DEA registration, and ACLS certification; board certification is negotiable.
