Job Description:
Practice Medicine with Purpose Roseman Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care services within an innovative, patient-centered and household-centered care model. This is more than a traditional primary care role. As a key provider in our Henderson clinic, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients, address whole-person health needs, collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and contribute to the education of future healthcare professionals through our connection with the Roseman University College of Medicine. What You'll Do Provide preventive, acute, and chronic disease management across the lifespan Serve as a primary care provider and clinical leader within the practice Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and learners Address social determinants of health and coordinate patient care Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives Support clinical education and mentoring of healthcare students Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care that improves patient outcomes What We're Looking For MSN from an accredited nursing program Nevada APRN licensure (or eligibility) with prescribing privileges Family Nurse Practitioner certification (AANPCB or ANCC) DEA registration (or eligibility) and current BLS certification Minimum of three years of clinical primary care (or family medicine )preferred Passion for collaborative, patient-centered care and community health Why Join Roseman Medical Group? Salary Range:
