Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment with our client in New York, commencing Oct 12, 2026. This role involves managing a diverse patient panel, conducting sick and well visits, and performing physicals and vaccinations, with an emphasis on chronic disease management and some women's health services, working 8am-5pm shifts. Responsibilities and Duties Manage chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD. Conduct sick and well visits. Perform physicals and administer vaccinations. Provide women's health services, including pap smears.
