Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to step into an established outpatient practice with strong clinical support, excellent work-life balance, and a collaborative team environment. This is a full-time outpatient position focused on continuity of care, preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and relationship-driven patient care. Providers typically see 16-22 patients per day in a well-supported clinic setting with experienced nursing and support staff. Requirements:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred Comfortable practicing independently within a team-based environment New York license preferred or ability to obtain

Compensation & Benefits:

$120,000 - $160,000+ depending on experience 4 weeks PTO 9 paid holidays CME allowance Comprehensive benefits package Possible sign-on assistance

$125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
