Job Description

Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner Compensation:
$200K-$300K per year
Job Type:
Part time or Full time. Flexible hours, Monday–Friday, No call. A well-established, physician-led group with locations throughout Long Island, is currently seeking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner. This practice has built a stellar reputation for clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and multidisciplinary collaboration. 100% outpatient.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality care. Diagnose and treat a wide range of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders (hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism), hormone imbalances, and infertility. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed. Provide clear communication and education to patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care. Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff within the practice. Stay compliant with
HIPAA, NYS
DOH, CMS, and relevant payer guidelines. Contribute to the development of a sustainable patient panel aligned with practice growth objectives.
Qualifications:
BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school Trained in Endocrinology
NYS RN & NP
license, BLS, Board Certified Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care. Proven ability to maintain and grow a local clinical practice is required Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base. Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus. 8+ years experience as a
