Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are hiring a new Primary Care Nurse Practitioner for our Lafeyette Family Care office! Columbia Memorial Hospital located in the upper Hudson Valley region of Upstate New York, 2 hours north of NY City and 45 minutes south of Albany, NY. It is a 192-bed facility with 42 outpatient Care Centers whose philosophy is "Patients First," emphasizing safety and quality in patient care. The area offers the bestin/outdoor activities year-round as well as an extensive array of cultural and artistic venues. We offer numerous opportunities for our Medical Staff to work in a progressive healthcare system whose range of services include a substantial primary care network, multiple subspecialties and all ancillary services in multiple locations to assist in the treatments of your patients.

We are looking for an experienced full time NP/PA to work in our Coxsackie office. The position is for an outpatient practitioner. The applicant would be part of a hospital owned primary care group practice. You will have the support of a strong administrative team. Our goal is to help you shape it to your practice style.
