$100,000 $140,000 Position Overview A well-established and expanding primary care group in New York is opening a new office and seeking two Family Nurse Practitioners to join their growing team. This is a fully outpatient opportunity offering clinical autonomy, physician collaboration, and the ability to build long-term patient relationships in a stable practice environment. This role is ideal for an NP who enjoys continuity of care and practicing comprehensive family medicine without hospital call or night shifts. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan Manage your own patient panel with clinical independence Perform physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning Provide preventive care and chronic disease management Educate patients and families on wellness and disease prevention Collaborate with physicians and care team members to optimize outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Active New York RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification Graduate of an accredited NP program Current CPR certification (ACLS/BLS preferred) Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Commitment to patient-centered care New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
