Jamestown, NY TYPE Direct Hire ID NC128-2755442 POSTED Jun 8, 2026 Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Outpatient Family Practice | Full-Time | Monday-Friday Days We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our established outpatient Family Practice team. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a collaborative environment while building long-term patient relationships. Responsibilities Provide primary care services in an outpatient setting Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications as appropriate Educate patients on preventive care and wellness Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care Maintain accurate medical documentation Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Active New York RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Strong clinical and communication skills New graduates are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
