Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations, including review of psychiatric, substance use, and medical history Provide medication management and follow-up visits for patients receiving behavioral health care Assess symptoms, risk factors, and level of care needs, including crisis evaluations when needed Collaborate with therapists, case managers, psychiatrists, and clinical leadership on treatment planning and care coordination Document evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and medication updates accurately in the

EMR Qualifications:

Master's Degree Active NYS Nurse Practitioner license Outpatient Behavioral Health or Psychiatry experience

Desired Skills:

Bilingual (English and Spanish) AccuMED EMR experience Experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting Strong medication management and risk assessment skills
