Cardiology / Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner (Bilingual - Spanish)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cardiology / Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in caring for patients with cardiac and vascular conditions, as well as providing primary care services.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to patients with cardiac and vascular conditions. Deliver primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of common health issues. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Communicate effectively with patients and their families in both English and Spanish. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification. Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in cardiology and internal medicine. Fluent in Spanish Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills. Ability to work at least 3 days per week.
