Job Description

Are You the Provider We're Looking For? Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner who wants more time to think, listen, and deliver truly personalized care? Do you have hands-on experience prescribing and managing bioidentical hormone replacement therapy? Are you passionate about functional, integrative, and longevity medicine — and continually looking for better ways to help patients feel and function at their best? Do you enjoy working collaboratively with other clinicians, health coaches, and support staff rather than practicing in isolation? If so, we'd like to meet you. About Amari Health Amari Health is an established functional and longevity medicine practice in Scarsdale, New York, serving patients since 2004. Our patients commonly come to us with concerns such as hormonal changes, fatigue, brain fog, metabolic dysfunction, digestive issues, sleep problems, and difficulty losing weight. Our approach combines personalized medical care, advanced laboratory testing, hormone optimization, nutrition and supplementation, health coaching, and structured patient education. We intentionally maintain a lower-volume model so our providers have the time and support needed to understand the larger clinical picture. About The Opportunity We are expanding our clinical team and hiring two experienced Part-Time Nurse Practitioners . This role is designed for a clinician seeking meaningful, consistent part-time work in a personalized, team-based environment. You will work closely with our health coaches, clinical support staff, and other providers while managing patients both in person and through telemedicine. You will also have the opportunity to be clinically mentored by Dr. J. Shah, MD , co-founder of Amari Health, who has been practicing medicine for more than 50 years and is board certified in Obesity Medicine, Anti-Aging Medicine, and Functional Medicine. His decades of clinical experience provide our providers with a valuable resource for complex cases, clinical decision-making, and continued professional growth.

No overnight call, No double booking, manageable patient volume, a collaborative clinical team, and a consistent part-time schedule For a candidate who demonstrates strong leadership, critical thinking, and ownership, there is also an opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as our Clinical Care Lead , with additional leadership compensation. Prescribe and manage bioidentical hormone replacement therapy within your scope of practice. Manage patients through perimenopause, menopause, and other hormone-related concerns. Review and interpret comprehensive laboratory testing. Develop individualized treatment plans based on the patient's history, symptoms, laboratory findings, and goals. Evaluate hormonal, metabolic, gastrointestinal, nutritional, and other factors contributing to a patient's health. Monitor patient progress and appropriately adjust treatment plans over time. Collaborate closely with our health coaching and clinical support teams. Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions. Educate patients so they clearly understand what we are recommending and why. Respond appropriately and efficiently to patient clinical questions and concerns. Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation. Participate in the continued development and refinement of clinical protocols. Use technology comfortably, including our EMR, telemedicine systems, and AI-enabled clinical tools. Think critically and proactively identify opportunities to improve patient care. You'll Thrive at Amari If You… Are naturally curious and enjoy solving complex clinical problems. Believe laboratory reference ranges don't always tell the entire story.
