Position:

Nurse Practitioner Location -

Syracuse, NY Shift:

Day Shift | 8:00 AM - 4:30

PM Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience required Active NYS Nurse Practitioner license/registration required NP specialty certification must align with area of practice Physician Assistant candidates must be NYS licensed/registered and NCCPA certified or eligible Medicare NPI number or eligibility to obtain required CPR and ACLS certification required Must successfully complete pre-employment health clearance

Preferred Experience:

Oncology experience strongly preferred Prior inpatient hospital experience highly desired

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with attending physicians to provide comprehensive patient care Perform health assessments and develop treatment plans Document patient care accurately and timely in medical records Provide patient and family education Utilize prescriptive authority in collaboration with attending physicians Perform patient care functions in an acute care setting with minimal supervision

Skills Required:
