Primary Care offers you excellent opportunities. All new graduate hires will attend our Advance Practice Residency Program which prepares you to provide safe quality care in a Primary Care practice. This position will have a home base at our UHS Primary Care Windsor site and travel would be limited to assigned practices within a 30-mile radius of the home base practice. The successful applicant will cover providers patient panels while they are out for disability, FMLA, and/or vacation time. Providers may also perform acute tele-medicine visits from their home base practice. Family Nurse Practitioners must possess a current New York State license as an RN and Family Nurse Practitioner. Physician Assistants likewise must possess a current license to practice in New York State. Salary Range:
