The field of addiction medicine is growing and this position will enable you to gain experience providing wide-ranging treatment in the area of addiction medicine, including MAT, as a member of our inpatient and outpatient detoxification and rehabilitation team. The right candidate will have an opportunity to work with a committed team of professionals to provide linkage and increased access to evidence-based SUD treatments. Buprenorphine experience in the inpatient and outpatient setting is preferred.

Inpatient and/or outpatient detoxification/rehabilitation is preferred.

Highlights include:

Assessment and management of candidates presenting with substance use disorders. Coordinate patients' progress and treatment plans with an active multi-disciplinary team including counselors, nursing, and psychiatrists. Evaluate patients for medication-assisted treatments, working collaboratively with staff to ensure continuity of care after discharge. Acquire knowledge of the most up-to-date evidence-based practices in the field.

Qualifications:

NYS licensed.
