The Medicine You'll Actually Practice At SHIFT, providers have the time and autonomy to care for patients the way medicine was meant to be practiced. You'll work closely with patients to evaluate: Hormones Metabolic health Lifestyle factors Weight management Energy levels Sleep Long-term wellness goals You will help develop individualized treatment plans designed to create meaningful, lasting change — not just manage symptoms during a 15-minute visit.

Areas of Focus Include:

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Peptide Therapy GLP-1 Medications Testosterone Optimization Metabolic Health & Wellness Protocols Advanced Lab Interpretation Responsibilities may include: Performing blood draws Reviewing and interpreting laboratory data Developing treatment strategies under the guidance of the Medical Director Educating and supporting patients throughout their wellness journey Most importantly, you'll be able to focus on patient care — without insurance denials, excessive administrative barriers, or systems that interfere with clinical judgment. Compensation$55-$65/hour Compensation is negotiable based on experience, background, and clinical skillset.
