Serve Your Community with Mercy Health Urgent Care Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant, Family Nurse Practitioner, or Physician to join our Urgent Care team across Cincinnati, OH. This float position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a FT provider, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for a wide range of non-emergent illnesses and injuries while working alongside a collaborative team of experienced medical assistants and front-office staff. Our urgent care centers are open 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., offering flexible scheduling and the chance to make a lasting impact from day one in one of Richmond's newest and most innovative urgent care clinics. Urgent Care Scope of Services Walk-in access to high-quality, non-emergency care Occupational Health services, including workers' compensation, return-to-work evaluations, and pre-employment physicals Support the Primary Care Virtualist Program during periods of available capacity as needed. On-site diagnostic services, including laboratory testing, X-rays, and EKGs Seamless coordination with primary care and specialty providers as needed What We Offer Competitive guaranteed base compensation

EPIC EMR

system utilized across the ministry Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive care for walk-in patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of urgent care needs Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, I&D, and wound care as appropriate Collaborate with medical assistants and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent service Provide patient education and ensure clear communication around care plans Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record

Qualifications Mandatory:

Current and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Virginia. Active DEA license A minimum of two years of active FNP/PA experience Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting Must be comfortable seeing up to 60 patients during peak cold and flu seasons. DOT Certified or ability to obtain BLS (minimum) or ability to obtain

Preferred:

Experience working as FNP/PA in Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine. Experience with workers comp claims Experience performing DOT, new-hire, and school sports physicals

Work Hours Full-Time:

Three 8a

• 8p shifts per week with rotating weekends.

Schedule Example:

Week 1: 0745

• 2000 Tu, W, Sa Week 2: 0745
• 2000 Su, Th, F Holiday Expectation At minimum, one market clinic will be open on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day with normal hours.

All other clinics (if open) will close at 5p. However, all providers, regardless of clinic, will be expected to provide rotational coverage. All clinics will have normal operating hours on New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independency Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Eve. Benefits Flexible scheduling 120 hours of paid time off Up to $3,000 in CME allowance Critical Staffing Stipend per 12-hour shift Premium pay of $90/hr for every hour over 80 in a pay period.
