In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive women's health services, including preventive care, reproductive health management, and acute and chronic condition treatment. Your expertise will empower patients through education, personalized care plans, and innovative treatment options. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on women's health across diverse populations, utilizing advanced clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and vital signs to determine health status and needs. Provide evidence-based women's health services such as family planning, prenatal care, menopause management, and gynecological screenings. Administer treatments including Botulinum toxin injections for aesthetic or medical purposes, dermal fillers, and other esthetic laser treatments. Perform minor procedures such as suturing, catheterizations, spinal taps, and tube feeding management with sterile technique. Manage acute pain cases and assist in complex clinical evaluations involving infectious diseases, geriatrics, or critical care scenarios. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation of patient encounters and medical records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, telehealth consultations, and clinical research initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Experience Proven experience working in outpatient clinics or medical offices with a focus on women's health or primary care settings. Demonstrated proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Athenahealth for documentation and patient management. Prior experience administering Botox (Botulinum toxin), dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments or similar cosmetic procedures is highly desirable. Background in managing complex cases involving obstetrics, gynecology, geriatrics, or neonatal intensive care (PICU) preferred. Familiarity with CPT coding for procedures and ICD coding for diagnoses ensures accurate billing and documentation compliance.

$35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
