Job Description
Job Summary Southwestern Recovery Center is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (CNP / PMHNP) to provide outpatient mental health and addiction treatment services. This position is ideal for someone who wants: Autonomy in their clinical work A strong interdisciplinary team The ability to make a real impact in addiction recovery Duties Diagnose and treat substance use and mental health disorders Prescribe and manage medications, including buprenorphine oral and long-acting injectable formulations. Perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and medical staff Document all care accurately in the EHR Participate in team meetings and clinical case reviews Provide care in clinic and, when needed, community-based settings Qualifications Active Ohio
