$65-$75 per hour About the Role CuraWound is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality, patient-centered wound care across skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and home settings in the Toledo area. Approximately 1-2 days per week , offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient healing outcomes. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing wound care management using evidence-based practices. Collaborate with facility staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary care teams. Document patient visits accurately and thoroughly in the EMR. Educate patients, families, and facility staff on wound prevention and treatment. Monitor healing progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Serve as a clinical partner to facility teams to help improve wound care outcomes and standards. What We're Looking For Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. Current Ohio license in good standing. DEA registration, if required for the position. Wound care experience strongly preferred. Wound care certification preferred. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Ability to work independently across different care environments. Reliable transportation for local travel.
