Job Description
QUICKmed Urgent Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) Provider to join our growing healthcare team. We are looking for a provider who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and who has a strong interest in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, and related structures. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ENT physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant who enjoys working directly with patients in a collaborative healthcare environment. Position Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions. Obtain comprehensive medical histories and perform physical examinations. Assess and manage acute and chronic ENT conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's condition and needs. Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests and laboratory studies. Prescribe medications and provide appropriate treatment recommendations. Perform appropriate in-office ENT procedures within the provider's scope of practice and training. Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and preventive care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Identify conditions requiring specialty referral, imaging, emergency care, or additional evaluation. Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team. Collaborate with other QUICKmed providers and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care. Follow all applicable healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and patient-safety standards. Maintain current knowledge of advances in ENT care and evidence-based treatment practices. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited medical, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant program, as applicable to the position. Current and unrestricted Ohio license appropriate to the provider's professional designation. Board certification or eligibility in the applicable specialty preferred. DEA registration, if applicable. Current BLS/CPR certification. Previous ENT/Otolaryngology experience strongly preferred. Experience evaluating and treating both adult and pediatric patients is a plus. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment. Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a collaborative team.
