We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is passionate about providing comprehensive, trauma-informed psychiatric care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This position offers clinical autonomy and the opportunity to advance integrated care for adults with complex behavioral health and developmental needs. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluations (PDEs) to assess mental health symptoms, developmental history, and psychosocial functioning. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in accordance with clinical best practices and individualized treatment goals. Provide medication education and psychoeducation to individuals, families, and caregivers. Offer brief psychotherapy or supportive counseling interventions, as appropriate. Develop and update Evaluation & Management (E&M) Care Plans in coordination with individuals served and caregivers. Provide clinical direction to LPNs and nursing staff consistent with agency procedures. Facilitate the Medical Services Team Meeting and promote collaboration between psychiatric, nursing, behavioral health, and clinical team members. Coordinate care with internal and external providers to ensure continuity of services. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state, federal, payer, and agency standards. Competitive hourly rate:

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical collaboration skills. Ability to provide clinical direction and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of and comfort working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health needs. Qualifications Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Ohio with Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification. Active, unrestricted DEA registration. Minimum of one year of experience providing psychiatric or mental health treatment. Acceptable background check. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
