Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, diagnosing, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, performing procedures, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role emphasizes patient-centered, team-oriented care with opportunities for leadership and growth within the clinic setting. Clinics are located in Checotah, Wagoner, Pryor, and Okmulgee, with a new location opening in Sapulpa. Candidates should be available at least every other Saturday.
