Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams Administer medications, including injections and IV infusions, following established protocols and safety standards Manage acute pain cases, perform suturing procedures, and assist with minor surgical interventions such as dermal fillers or spinal taps Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system Advanced MD Perform diagnostic evaluations including laboratory specimen collection Provide telehealth consultations to expand access to care and deliver patient education on health coaching, medication management, and disease prevention Extensive experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth for efficient documentation Proficiency in botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, and other cosmetic procedures Critical care experience in ICU or Level I/II trauma centers with skills in airway management and ventilator support Strong background in specialties including gastroenterology, geriatrics, pediatrics, behavioral health, hospice & palliative medicine, or infectious disease care Hands-on experience with procedures like catheterization, tube feeding management, phlebotomy, venipuncture, and sterile processing techniques Knowledge of CPT coding (Current Procedural Terminology), ICD-10/ICD-9 coding standards for accurate medical billing and documentation Skilled in triage protocols for urgent care settings or emergency room environments; familiarity with hospital medicine and post-acute care practices Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including children, seniors in assisted living or memory care facilities, individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges Experience in case management, discharge planning, utilization review, occupational health programs or home care services Competence in infection control practices and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures like spinal taps or catheter care Familiarity with Workers' Compensation law regulations related to occupational health injuries; knowledge of HIPAA compliance for patient privacy This role is perfect for motivated Nurse Practitioners eager to make a meaningful difference through comprehensive clinical practice.
